AI Act Index is reader-supported. When you purchase compliance software through an affiliate link on this site, the platform vendor may pay AI Act Index a referral commission. This commission does not change the price you pay and does not affect the editorial scores or rankings on this site.

How affiliate links work

Affiliate links on AI Act Index are marked with the HTML attributes rel="nofollow noopener sponsored" and open in a new tab. When you click an affiliate link and subsequently purchase a subscription, the vendor attributes the referral to AI Act Index and pays a commission, typically a single payment or a percentage of the first-year contract value.

Editorial independence

Scores and rankings are determined before, and independently of, any commercial relationship. Vendors do not see scores before publication. Vendors cannot pay for placement, ranking, or favourable language. Rankings change only when product capabilities change in ways that affect the criteria documented on our About page.

How disclosures appear on the site

Affiliate disclosures appear in three places on every page that contains a commercial link. First, in the page metadata row directly below the H1 ("Contains affiliate links"). Second, in the sidebar of review pages directly under any commercial call to action. Third, in the bottom bar of the site-wide footer.

Trademarks and screenshots

Vendor logos and homepage screenshots displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial identification under nominative fair-use principles. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of AI Act Index by any vendor.

Regulatory alignment

These disclosures are designed to meet the requirements of EU Directive 2005/29/EC concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices and align with the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. Where local law requires additional disclosure language, we adopt the stricter requirement.
